Step 1 Firstly, in a pan heat oil and roast peanut until it turns crunchy. Add mustard, urad dal, chana dal and cumin. Splutter tempering keeping the flame on low.
Step 2 Now add chilli, inch ginger and roast well. roast in batches for uniform frying.
Step 3 Further add curry leaves, dried red chilli and fry until it turns crunchy. Turn off the flame and add hing, turmeric and salt.
Step 4 Mix well making sure everything is well combined. heat of the pan is enough for turmeric to cook.
Step 5 Lemon Rice chitranna: Firstly, take Zeeba basmati rice and add prepared lemon rice gojju.
Step 6 Turn of the flame and add in lemon and coriander. mix well.
