VEG PULAO

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Oil / Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 2-3 Green Cardamom
  • 6-8 Whole Black Pepper Corn
  • 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Cup Diced Carrot
  • 1⁄2 Cup Cauliflower Florets
  • 1⁄2 Cup Diced Carrot
  • 1⁄2 Cup Diced French Beans
  • 1⁄2 Cup Green Peas
  • 10-12 Slit Fried Cashew
  • 1 Cup Zeeba basmati rice
  • 2 Cup Water
  • Salt To Taste

Preparation

Step 1 Heat oil in a deep bottom pan, add cumin, green cardamom, black pepper corn, cinnamon and let it splutter.

Step 2 Now add potato and cauliflower and saute it for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3 Now carrots, green peas and beans. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 4 Now add Zeeba basmati rice and saute it for 30-40 sec. Add water , salt and mix well.

Step 5 Cook until rice is cooked and serve hot.
